Perfect for spicing up almost any dish, especially meat.
- 160 g cilantro leaves and fine stems
- 40 g parsley leaves and fine stems
- 5 cloves, ground
- 10 g garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tsp. ground cilantro seeds
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- Chillies, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is well combined, leaving some texture.
